The position will ideally sit at 5-7PQE+, however we are happy to consider applications from various levels as there may be other opportunities within the team. This role will be based in their central Leeds office, less than a 4 minute walk from Leeds train station.

You will provide advice regarding a variety of issues. You will be handling the whole spectrum of work related to financially distressed businesses and individuals and will support the team with both distressed and insolvent restructuring matters. You will also provide expert advice on insolvency, turnaround, restructuring and asset recovery, and advise those who are the subject of financial difficulties or impacted on by others in financial difficulties.
You will be acting for a range of lenders and insolvency practitioners with national and niche local practices dealing with the whole range of formal and informal insolvency assignments.
The successful candidate will possess:
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years’ PQE.
- Experience in Restructuring & Insolvency or Corporate Law is a necessity.
- Familiarity with Corporate and Banking documents is a must.
- Previous experience of handling a full caseload.
- Ideally, this individual will have a strong track record at a reputable regional or city firm.
