- You will be responsible for a sales team that covers the wider Russian and CIS region, leading through a democratic and open style.
- You will work with customers whilst defining the sales strategy and become entrenched within the market, staying ahead of current and upcoming bakery trends.
- You will have demonstrable sales experience in the Russia and CIS region, with strong sales skills and tangible leadership qualities.
- Ideally you will have already managed significant teams and will be skilled with functional ingredients across various applications.
- Flavour experience is also welcome.
